Missions Tomorrow: Perspectives Crystallized from 400 Private Conversations with Leaders

Title: Missions Tomorrow: Perspectives Crystallized from 400 Private Conversations with North American Missions Leaders
Paul McKaughan, Ambassador-at-large and former CEO, The Mission Exchange
May 20, 2010

Description: I regret that it has taken me almost 50 years in mission leadership to stop and listen to the voices of the more than 400 individual US mission leaders in our recent pilgrimage of four and a half years meeting with mission leaders. In this Webinar I will distill what I have learned from these men and women into a panorama that portrays our US missions system. The components of my story are: The Context of US Missions today. The Mission Eco sphere itself, where it is and where it’s going. The pilgrimage of the senior mission leader. I will also attempt to distill from what has been shared with me, personal suggestions that will help you as a North American mission leader to move confidently into a future full of opportunity and threats.
Speaker: Paul McKaughan is Ambassador at Large for The Mission Exchange. Paul served as President & CEO of The Mission Exchange (EFMA) before accepting the special assignment as Ambassador at Large. Paul and his wife Joanne travel the country coaching, mentoring and consulting with mission leaders.
