Description: It takes a great amount of intentionality to create a culture of dignity, sustainability, multiplication in mission efforts and only a few unintentional words and actions to start down the path of unhealthy dependency.  In this webinar, we will explore underlying causes of unhealthy dependency and ways to create a culture of sustainability and multiplication.

About the Presenter: Jean has over 32 years of vocational cross-cultural ministry experience. This includes church planting among Cambodians in St. Paul/Minneapolis and 16 years of service in Cambodia.  She comes alongside the global community to create a culture of dignity, sustainability, and multiplication in their Great Commission efforts.
