Summary

This book explores the timing of everything you do. It starts with a very interesting section on daily circadian rhythms and makes the case that we all are either morning, evening or “third birds.” The consequences of this, argues Pink, affects all of life and even contributes to such things as poor test scores, medical malpractice and poor productivity. Almost every chapter includes a set of “life hacks” which allow you to readily put into practice what the author has written about.
