You can grow in project management skills, which will increase your productivity and the effectiveness of your organization. Join us in learning about project management, discussing the value of limits for creative teams, understanding how to create a smooth process, and learning how to shepherd a team in accomplishing tasks to complete projects. We will dive into the waterfall and agile workflows, how to manage multiplying to-do lists, and how to effectively execute strategy.

Presenter:

Emma Lown serves as a project management associate at HOPE International. In this role, she works with the Development, Marketing, and Experience teams to create and execute marketing pieces—from event materials to evergreen pamphlets to branded merchandise. Emma has served on many donor-facing event teams, collaborating with colleagues across the country. She has worked with several different nonprofits such as the Jesus Film, Capturing Grace, Petra Peacebuilders, and Lancaster County Food Hub to help execute social media marketing and content collection initiatives. Since graduating from Lancaster Bible College with degrees in Communication and Bible, Emma has served with HOPE for over two years. She resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and enjoys serving in the student ministry at her local church, playing pickleball, reading, and writing.
