Today more than ever charities and foundations are being held to rising standards of accountability and transparency. In this environment of scrutiny, outcomes-based evaluation has become the new language of accountability and its essential tool is measurement.
This webinar offers missionaries and development practitioners a straightforward and practical approach to measurement. It explains how to formulate clear and down-to-earth outcome measures that are clear to stakeholders, that can respond to changing conditions, and that answer the what question. The presenters discuss how to build a participatory process involving main stakeholders, select key results to monitor and evaluate, translate key results into indicators.
