Hint: it’s more than communication. Successfully executing changes with technology or organizational behaviors depends on executing a people centered approach. Leaders attending this seminar will get practical tools for engaging stakeholders, managing risk, and building a coalition for change. We’ll use stories and the changes you’re working on to determine next steps.
