How Do Interculturalists Approach Cross-Cultural Adjustment

In the last 20 years there has been significant thought and research regarding cross cultural adjustment by interculturalists. Though missions should be vitally interested in this field we have, by and large, not used this new information to help our personnel. In this webinar we will be looking at a new model of cross-cultural adjustment and how it can influence missionary training. We will also look at some of the recent research about cross cultural transitions, including missionaries.
