We will be looking at several questions during this webinar.What are the expectations women in cross cultural ministry have of themselves?What do they expect from their sending agencies and leadership? Many of these expectations are not recognized until they are unmet. In some cases, the expectations are unrealistic. What can agencies do to help the women think through their expectations before they lead to burnout and how can agencies better communicate the expectations they have of their women members?
