This workshop will cover the basics of traditional budgeting, its pros and cons, and Every Nation’s journey towards a new budgeting and management model that could influence the future of your ministry as well. Participants will identify budgeting objectives and common approaches, examine traditional budgeting’s unintended consequences, build a new model integrating leadership principles and management processes for greater impact and involvement and discover how this new model uses self-regulation, transparency, and shared purpose to more effectively accomplish your ministry’s objectives.
