Top 10 Leadership Conversations in the Bible

Steve Moore

Publisher: nexleader, 2017.

Summary

This book grew out of Steve Moore’s multiyear study of leadership conversations in the Bible. Leadership lessons are drawn from the conversation and interwoven with additional insight and experience from the author’s life. The first chapter relays how the author evaluated the conversations and chose the “top 10.” Each of the next ten chapters could be considered a lesson and devotional from a biblical leader’s life. They highlight a conversation and accompanying principle. The final chapter is a plan for how to develop one’s leadership. Bobby Clinton’s leadership material plays a chief role in the evaluation and exegesis of the biblical examples as well as the prescriptions in the final chapter (there is a focus on Clinton’s Leadership Emergence Theory).
