Remote work is ever more of a reality for all organizations, with accompanying supervision and performance problems. Almost everyone is weary, stressed out, or both. With greater moral confusion in the culture, spiritual formation concerns are rising in religious organizations. Misconduct has gotten even greater attention with an explosion of spiritual abuse allegations.

Getting any of these issues wrong is much more likely to trigger litigation than ever before. In the midst of all this, how do we care for people within our organizations? We’ll look at some positive approaches from legal and spiritual perspectives.
