Bill George is executive fellow at Harvard Business School where he has taught leadership since 2004. He was formerly chair and CEO of Medtronic, the world’s leading medical technology company. Under his leadership, Medtronic’s market capitalization grew from $1.1 to $60 billion. Bill has also served as a director of several Fortune 500 companies. Zach Clayton is a graduate of Harvard Business School and is the founder and CEO of a major digital marketplace business.
