SHIFT: The 6 Phases of Sabbatical

Would you or someone in your organization benefit from an intentional sabbatical — a season to allow the ground of your heart to lay fallow so that new fruitfulness might grow?

Sara and Jeff are sabbatical and transition coaches and the founders of The Way Between (thewaybetween.org). In this interview, Sara and Jeff share about their pre-conference workshop at the Missio Nexus 2023 Mission Leader Conference: SHIFT: Rapid Social Transformation and the Gospel.
