Primary Audience: Mobilizers and sending organizations who are working in and with culturally diverse teams.
This workshop will focus on how we can best recruit and prepare workers for culturally diverse team environments. We often prepare people to serve amongst cultural diversity but do not prepare them to co-labor in multi-cultural team environments. This generation wants to know that we can both serve and co-labor within a diverse context.
