The estimated runout cost per employee is $2,038. For those converting with the rest of the group into the Guidestone plan, there is an estimated $738 reduction in the runout cost per enrolled employee.
We will incur most of the runout cost in the first few months of the program. It would help a great deal if you were able to pay this in one lump sum in October or November. However, we are offering 6 different payment schedules, reflected in the form below.
We will use the PlanSource system to do ACH pulls. This will be reflected on our PlanSource billing notification.
