Presenter: Kama Bernabo is the Director of International Operations for LCMS World Mission, the mission sending arm of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. Formerly a manager and senior analyst with the Federal Reserve, she specialized in operations, business development, and performance management during her 13 year tenure. Kama came to the service of LCMS World Mission through active participation in her home congregation. Kama worked with Claudia Horn, president of Performance Results, Inc. in designing the process for the international mission team.
