Inescapably they are part of any organizational change, whether a substantial ‘reset’ or operational adjustment. Their ability, resilience and holistic health do not happen by chance, but by intentional efforts. Each mission organization has its own challenges in initiating front line leader development and nurture. The webinar will draw on the IMPACT study of 277 front line leaders held 2007-2009 and SEND’s efforts since participating in the study.
