The #1 obstacle to people joining mission agencies is the fear of fundraising, whether you’re recruiting millennials, minorities, or retirees. Learn how to equip your recruiters and others in your organization to tackle this issue head on with new recruits. Teach them how to show the benefits and great opportunities that exist in sharing their ministry vision with hundreds of potential ministry partners. We will also address the specific issues faced by self-funded workers needing to raise ministry expenses and minorities raising funds in diverse communities.

Aaron Babyar is the Director for Support Raising Solutions, a ministry focused on equipping ministries with the tools and training for personal support raising, as well as providing the SRS Boot Camp training to thousands of missionaries every year. He has been support raising since 2003 and is the national trainer for the public SRS Bootcamps. He actively works to equip ministry leaders to survive and thrive. He has been happily married to his wife Marque for more than 22 years, and they have four kids ranging from junior high to college-aged.
