Internal coaching is gaining credibility and momentum as organizations focus on developing and retaining future leaders. Internal coaching can take several forms including having coaches within the ministry and having ministry leaders use coaching. When ministry leaders use coaching as part of their leadership style and when communication and feedback increase, staff and volunteers are more likely to stay engaged and energized.
