Primary Audience Diaspora church planters and missions leaders Description Through this workshop you will hear compelling arguments demonstrating the need for and benefits of multicultural leadership teams for the sake of cross-cultural missions.

During the workshop you will engage the stories of Shine Gidla and Phil Adams who immigrated from India and Ireland to lead a multi-cultural church plant in Little India, Chicago.

You will gain insights to help you build your own multi-cultural team and how to create a culture within your organization that allows multiple nationalities to have a deep sense of belonging.
