In an effort to inform our Global Outreach Strategy – to impact the world through (1) evangelism, (2) discipleship, and (3) local church involvement, with an intentional focus on those nations and cultures that currently have limited access to the Gospel through a variety of platforms – and to direct our people and our resources in ways that we believe God has called COD to engage with global outreach, we have established the following vision and goals

We seek a biblical process to ensure that we treat everyone with respect and provide a fair procedure for resolving team/personnel problems. The intent is to follow a Matthew 18 pattern, where issues are addressed first with individuals involved, then the circle is widened as necessary.
