Presenter: Larry Sharp, Vice President Business Partnerships, Cross world
Original Air Date: February 14, 2013

A basic presupposition of this seminar is that God desires all peoples to worship and follow him and that is the theme of the Bible from beginning to end. God has used various ways to accomplish His purposes through the centuries, and this seminar creates an urgency for a Business as Mission strategy for today. That strategy is that one of the great moves of God in the 21st century is going to be through believers in the work place.

Business as Mission (BAM) is one of those strategies, similar but distinct from tent making, NGO and relief work, micro enterprise. Once the concept of BAM is defined we will move to five distinct reasons why BAM is important today. These reasons are rooted in the Scripture; in current realities and in missiological theory, because key foundation elements date to the book of Acts.
