According to the March/April edition of Mission Frontiers magazine, nearly 70% of field missionaries are women. Given this reality, how can missions organizations, and how can member care leaders in particular, help these women thrive? One strategy to help women thrive is to develop men into allies for women in their ministry contexts.
Using a fresh research model, this seminar will outline a 7-step pathway that missions organizations can take in order develop men into more effective champions for women in ministry, and it will provide practical tools to help make that happen. Both women and men are welcome to attend this workshop!
