For this survey, please keep the following definition in mind:

Life-on-life missional disciple-making is the process by which a maturing disciple commits to an extended relationship with a few individuals for the purpose of modeling life and ministry while helping them grow to maturity and equipping them to reproduce themselves in a third spiritual generation.

(Please note that this kind of disciple-making goes beyond meeting for Bible study, prayer, or coaching. It includes shared life, relational time together, and a deepening friendship, while maintaining a focus on spiritual growth, ministry formation, and multiplication into future spiritual generations.)
