Dick Freed

Director of Learning and Development, One Mission Society

Dick Freed has served in pastoral ministry, higher education, and non-profit organizational leadership and training for more than twenty-five years. Today he leads the Learning and Development Team of One Mission Society in building a learning ecosystem based on interactive adult learning design, blended learner experience, and a coaching culture. In addition to his work with the OMS Learning and Development Team, Dick serves as a Regional Theological Education Consultant and Associate Church Multiplication Facilitator, working with OMS partner seminaries and Bible schools in India. Recently Dick has served as member and leader for the Mission Nexus team for the Missionary Training Best Practices Project.
