Race and Mission

Details: September 27, 2023, 03:45 PM - 5:00:00 PM ET

Workshop Track: Ethnic Inclusion

Primary Audience: Missions leaders and workers, pastors and church staff.

This workshop will feature a frank discussion with workshop participants about the challenges and complexities of mission in the light of the racial history of America and continuing reminders that we still have a long way to go.

References to history and an honest look at some of our ongoing challenges will constitute a primary aspect of the content. The goal will be to consider reconciliation oriented solutions which allow diverse members of the Body of Christ to partner to fulfill the Great Commission in an atmosphere of humility and brokenness.
