Primary Audience HR professionals, in-house lawyers Description When faced with an allegation of significant workplace misconduct, there are several key decision points as you proceed with the investigation, including: scope of the investigation, whether to conduct it internally or externally; maintaining confidentiality and/or privilege; and whether a report of findings should be made available, and if so, how widely.

Drawing from real-world case studies, the presenters will discuss how to navigate these key decision points.
