Crossworld Announces New President

Luke-Perkins

KANSAS CITY, Mo. โ€” The Crossworld board of directors is pleased to announce the installation of new president Luke Perkins. An installation ceremony, held on Crossworldโ€™s campus on Friday, June 2, transitioned the leadership to Luke Perkins from Dale Losch, who has served as president of the global mission organization since 2009.

โ€œI could not be more pleased with the boardโ€™s selection of our next president,โ€ Mr. Losch said. โ€œLuke is a godly, wise man who brings a wonderful combination of skills and experience to the job. He embraces the vision of all-professions disciple-making and he lives it out.โ€

Luke Perkins and his family served with Crossworld in Haiti from 2016โ€“2023, where Mr. Perkins worked with Sรฉminaire de Thรฉologie Evangรฉlique de Port-au-Prince (STEP Seminary) as a professor, assistant to the president, and director of development. He has also provided leadership for the Crossworld team in Haiti and at Quisqueya Chapel, where he served as elder and board chair. Prior to joining Crossworld, Mr. Perkins earned a B.A. (2006) from Columbia International University and a ThM. (2013) from Dallas Theological Seminary.

โ€œWhen I think about Crossworldโ€™s vision, I canโ€™t think of anything more exciting to give my life to,โ€ Mr. Perkins said. โ€œItโ€™s a beautiful gift from the Lord and I canโ€™t wait to see what happens as we continue pursuing it.โ€

โ€œWeโ€™re thrilled at how God has answered many, many prayers for this moment,โ€ board member Jim Kutnow said. โ€œCrossworld is in as healthy a place as ever, spiritually, financially, and in leadership, and I am confident that in Luke we have found the right person to lead Crossworld for many years to come.โ€
