This course will not deal with trends, the pace of change, or even what is happening in the world today. There is more than enough written on such. It will however, equip those who have to manage the change process within a department or organization. The course will include transferable, transitional questions and vocabulary that can be applied after any session, to any setting. The course, will first cover change process failures and change resistance. The second half will examine your people’s transition environment and explain a usable vocabulary to keep people and change decision failures at a minimum.
