2022 Missions Data

Information on the income of mission organizations.

Finances:

118 agencies reported US$2.2 billion in income. The majority of that comes from 40 US mission sending agencies reporting US$1.8 billion in total income. The second largest group was the nineteen specialized agencies reporting a total of US$89 million in come. (Note: all income that was Canadian dollars was converted to USD for the sake of comparison reporting at the March 2023 conversion rate).

2021 vs 2022

There were 72 agencies that provided data both for 2021 and 2022. These 72 agencies reported an overall increase of $140 million dollars of total income from 2021 to 2022. The largest single year increase for an agency was $37 million, and the largest single year decrease for an agency was $32 million in total income. Of these, 20 agencies reported an overall decrease in income, one agency was neutral, and 51 agencies reported an increase in income from 2021 to 2022.
