Volunteer Opportunities
We are looking for Volunteers for PRIORITY?
Being a volunteer is a great way to attend the conference at a greatly reduced rate of $219.
When are volunteers expected to work? Volunteers are asked to work a minimum of 3 shifts from the following:
- Tuesday, 9/10 | 10 AM – 4:00 PM
- Wednesday, 9/11 | 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Wednesday, 9/11 | 1:00 PM – 7:30 PM
- Thursday, 9/12 | 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- Thursday, 9/12 | 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM
- Friday, 9/13 | 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
What tasks will I be asked to do?
- Help with conference set-up: place signage, assemble name badges, and other tasks
- Assist with attendee check-in
- Assist at the Information Desk
- Help direct attendee to where they need to go
- Stand by to help assist workshop hosts and presenters with last minute needs
Will I be able to attend sessions?
Yes. When you are off-duty, you may participate in any and all sessions including meals. When on-duty, 15 minutes after the start of a session, if your assistance is not needed, you are welcome to join a session. We ask that you leave 5 minutes before the end of that session so that you are at your post at the conclusion of the session.
When will I know if I have been selected to volunteer.
We will be in touch within a few days once we receive your application.
