Primary Audience Missions pastors, senior pastors, and missions boards Description Traditional mobilization strategies might not suffice to move young millennials, generation Z, and the upcoming generation Alpha.

Because of the unique set of challenges each of these groups bring, a fresh approach is needed. Learning Objectives Attendees will be able to demonstrate the ability to distinguish between stylistic differences in communication between these groups.

They will also begin to discern what moves each particular group to action. They will be challenged to create a specific development plan for each of these generations.
