Description

“Primary Audience Mobilizers, missionaries, missions pastors, missions leaders Description Gen Z (b. 1996-2012) has been raised in a culture of fear, where “”safety comes first.”” Growing up amid economic instability, social unrest, and a global pandemic, young people today prioritize financial security, happiness, and safety.

As we seek to mobilize the next generation, it can be difficult for them to count the cost and pursue a call to global missions, which brings with it much uncertainty. In this workshop, we will consider key factors influencing Gen Z today.

We will also discuss practical strategies for encouraging and equipping a risk-averse generation to engage in God’s global work.
