Finance Webinar Series: Accountability with a Small Staff and a Small Budget

Posted on October 9, 2020 by October 9, 2020

Most people would agree that internal controls are important in any organization. However, smaller ministries may find it difficult to maintain adequate controls with limited staff and budgets. We will discuss where to focus attention and options that may not have been previously considered that will help protect your organization and staff.

Learning Objectives

In this session, you can expect to:

  • Consider what accountability is within the context of a missions organization.
  • Understand the key difficulties and opportunities in achieving an atmosphere of accountability.
  • Identify areas of potential internal control concerns in your particular environment.
  • Consider alternatives to traditional segregation of duties.
