He frames his topic around 4 “corners” which are different types of people and relationships that either encourage or discourage us in our efforts. Seeking out and investing in the right kinds of relationships is a key to success. The author covers such topics as freedom versus control, trust, difficult relationships, accountability and feedback. Each chapter has illustrations from Dr. Cloud’s life and relationships. There isn’t much hard data or research included in this book.
