Data overview of missions organization mobilization pipeline for long-term staff.

Thirty-eight Sending agencies provided mobilization pipeline data for this year’s report. This data shows 22, 156 inquiries recorded by these agencies of those interested in long-term field service. They reported 1,319 entered a candidate process with the organization and 1,087 became appointed as pre-field missionaries. These thirty-eight agencies reported a total of 851 new missionaries sent out as long-term missionaries in 2022. 

The data of twenty-one Service, Specialized, and Support agencies combined was 1,292 inquiries of those interested in long-term field service. 799 entered a candidate process and 247 appointed as pre-field missionaries. These twenty-one agencies collectively sent out 133 new long-term workers to the field in 2022.
