MLC Workshop Set-Up Request

This form must be completed and submitted no later than Friday, August 16th.

  • Workshop Information

    If you are presenting with others, please consult with them before responding to the questions below so that our information is accurate.

  • Workshop Room Set-Up

    Please read the following information carefully.

    Each workshop room will be set with a podium, a mic, a projector and screen, and a computer and webcam for the virtual audience. If you would like to request other items for your workshop, they must be indicated in the comments box below. We will let you know if we are unable to fulfill your request.

  • By submitting this form you are verifying you have consulted with the presenter (or you are the presenter) who is in agreement with the answers.
