Primary Audience Staff of mission organizations & sending churches, mission pastors, member care staff Description Prospective missionaries consider the care provided when selecting a sending body.

In this workshop you will gain insight how to prepare to address essential care needs of missionaries. You will explore the care applications that missionaries candidates are seeking when selecting a sending body/organization, so you can talk effectively with prospective workers.

An overview of the flow of care will be explored to identify what are the care needs in each stage of mission service. A grid will be provided how to prepare to be relevant for each care stage.
