Brittany Gardner

African American Engagement Coordinator, SIM

Brittany worked as a Corporate Educator for a season before devoting herself full-time to cross-cultural mission work. After serving with SIM in South America, she returned to Charlotte to join the Recruitment and Mobilization Team, working specifically to educate and equip African Americans seeking to engage in missions. Leading short-term teams, teaching, and helping organizations and churches create environments where multicultural teams can thrive are among many things that bring her joy in this role.
