Where to locate quality Member Care training, is asked by many in global missions. The academy is reflecting the establishment of the discipline Member Care, because Member Care is not a trend; rather an essential staple of 21st Century missions. A skillfully trained care-provider can be highly effective in serving the personal care of missionaries. Competencies of Member Care Providers will be explored to enhance recognition of needed skills for effective service. Global training resources will be reviewed bringing awareness to training avenues that are available for quality preparation.
