Culture change is a DNA change, it’s a change in the collective values and beliefs of your organization. Culture change also requires high levels of diversity, while instituting high levels of commonality around the right things. Through Seeds, he serves faith-based NGO’s and Kingdom businesses by consulting with leaders around the creation of tools / cultures of innovation, strategy and execution. His passion includes emphasizing a biblical framework throughout innovation.
