Ryan Schlangen

2016 Mission Leaders Conference
Short-Term Mission

There are many challenging questions when leading or sending short-term mission trips. And those questions start right at the very beginning of the process and continue throughout the entire short-term mission experience-and beyond. This workshop will take a look at some of the recognized best practices in short-term missions and will provide some basic answers and tools for doing short-term missions with excellence. Our panel will consist of a number of leaders in the field. Topics will include: training, cross-cultural preparation, administration, safety, finances, etc.

Non-member: Order recordings via the EGAMI AV Order Form.
