Summary

Aaron Abramson holds an MPA from New York University and has for some years been the CEO of Jews for Jesus. Having served in various capacities in the organization, including his current role as chief executive officer, he speaks from a wealth of experience in helping reshape the organization into the effective ministry it is today – with offices in over a dozen cities around the world and some 280 full-time staff.

Mission Design is a guide for ministry leaders navigating the challenges of rapid change. Drawing on principles from design thinking, Abramson provides a step-by-step approach to help pastors, church planters, nonprofit leaders and new mission entrepreneurs adapt and innovate to reach their objectives. Including examples and case studies from both Jews for Jesus and other organizations, he provides insight into how to pivot, evaluate, and transition into greater effectiveness.
