Zach Mercurio earned a PhD in organizational learning, performance, and change from Colorado State University, where he serves as a senior fellow in the Center for Meaning and Purpose. His research on meaningful work has been recognized by the Academies of Management and Human Resource Development.

It also identifies twenty-five skills that can be utilized in this effort. Part Three, explains how to create a culture of mattering in organizations and teams.
