Webinar: Finding Great Stories When You Can’t Be There in Person

Description:

A Peer-2-Peer Webinar for Communications and Marketing Professionals

Remote reporting is never our first choice for gathering and reporting stories, but sometimes it is our only choice. During this webinar, we’ll discuss ways to accelerate and perfect this craft.

Presenter:

Jim Killam serves as managing editor for the Wycliffe Global Alliance. He has worked more than 40 years in journalism and communications — first in daily newspapers, then teaching university journalism and for the past decade in Christian ministries. He has reported hundreds of news stories from more than a dozen countries, and co-authored five books, including “Go Tell It: How and Why to Report God’s Stories in Words, Photos and Videos” (Moody Publishers). He and his wife, Lauren, have three married children and six grandchildren. They live in Illinois, where Jim also reports stories of hope both for their church and their local rescue mission.
