Webinar: Diversity and Mission Mobilization

Description:

In this webinar Michael will be discussing two studies that have just been completed focusing on opportunities and hinderances for people of color to take part in cross-cultural missions. The first study was done in partnership with Clarity Consulting and the Frontier Ventures Lab with focus groups of young African-American believers in Atlanta, Dallas and New York City. This provides first hand views, opinions and insights related to African-American involvement in global missions. The second study was a nation wide survey among young Black, Asian, and Hispanic Christians gaining insights and perspectives related to their knowledge of missions and willingness to consider being a missionary. We will over view the projects, key outcomes and insights and practical next steps for mission mobilizers and churches to consider in raising up new generations of missionaries.
