Authentic intercultural partnership is as tricky as it is rewarding. Even when all is well, expectations drift in different directions. The key is managing expectations.

This webinar will help improve your ability to manage expectations in intercultural partnerships. You will gain facility with the concepts, tools, and strategies you need to: Foresee the opportunities for partnering and build partnering readiness. Recognize the difference between good intentions and a good reason to partner. Lay the foundation for true interdependence. Enhance your effectiveness as an alliance champion. Understand the problems and potential of a particular partnership and use that knowledge to improve the relationship. Prevent serious conflicts and miss-communication in partnering relationships. Identify and correct whatever erodes trust in your relationship. Develop your partnership’s potential to thrive in periods of uncertainty. Translate partnering into sustained ministry impact. Daniel Rickett, Ph.D., is executive vice president of Sisters In Service (SIS). Before joining SIS, Daniel was the director of research at Geneva Global and associate professor of leadership at Eastern University. Daniel has twenty-five years international experience working with ministries in organizational and ministry effectiveness.
