Big & Important!

Missio Nexus is passionate about taking the gospel to every people, tribe tongue and nation that has yet to have opportunity to hear a clear presentation of the good news of Jesus. That is why we exist. We network together like-minded, global-reaching ministries with a focus on evangelism, discipleship, and planting churches.

The task before us is huge. When looked at from every missional angle, whether it be the remaining languages without Scripture, people groups without disciple-makers, towns without churches, or individuals who have yet to hear, the task is formidable.

This task is also vitally important. The cause of Christ is worthy of our fullest efforts because the gospel of Christ is man’s only hope. We can never lose sight of the fact that fallen man is at enmity with God and condemned to eternal separation from him outside of the saving grace of Christ. The Apostle Paul says it clearly in Titus 3:3-7:

For we ourselves were once foolish, disobedient, led astray, slaves to various passions and pleasures, passing our days in malice and envy, hated by others and hating one another. But when the goodness and loving kindness of God our Savior appeared, he saved us, not because of works done by us in righteousness, but according to his own mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewal of the Holy Spirit, whom he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior, so that being justified by his grace we might become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

The Great Commission is too big for anyone to accomplish alone and too important not to try to do together.

One advantage we have are the many groups, organizations and churches that have God-given focuses and specialties founded to fulfill Jesus command to disciple the nations. The strength and effectiveness of this movement is realized when these separate entities collaborate and generously share what they are learning with each other.

Missio Nexus is a platform for this type of Kingdom collaboration. Through our many programs, research reports, events, and services, we foster this common cause. No missionary agency, non-profit, church or other entity will accomplish the Great Commission alone.

We have a really big and important task. Let’s accomplish it together.
