Description: Married and single team members will expand their understanding of each other as we look at significant differences between married and single people’s perspectives about mission organization, leadership and team life. Leaders and teammates will gain ideas and skills to enhance relationships and increase fruitfulness in ministry. Organizational leaders will be challenged to examine practices and policies to improve morale among its members.
