The newest edition of the Mobilization Report is here – offering the most comprehensive look yet at the state of missionary mobilization. Drawing from 77 participating agencies, the report provides a clear view of the pipeline from initial interest to field deployment.
Key highlights from the 2024 data include:
- 14,544 individuals expressed interest in long-term missions, leading to 1,051 new long-term workers deployed.
- 7,730 individuals showed interest in trips of two weeks or less, with 5,517 departing for short-term service.
- 813 workers participated in trips greater than two weeks but less than one year, serving as a vital bridge toward longer-term engagement.
- A positive year-over-year trend: long-term departures increased by 172 workers across 30 consistently reporting agencies.
This volume also explores how agencies are adapting mobilization strategies, shifting service designations, and innovating to engage new generations in the Great Commission.
